The Billings Heights Business Association (BHBA) is a non-profit organization that advocates for, advertises, and activates Heights-based organizations to help grow Heights businesses and improve the quality of life for Heights residents.


The (BHBA) was started in 2019 by a group of Heights business owners, but through the COVID years, membership and engagement dwindled. In 2025, passionate Heights community members joined together to revise the program. As of September 2025, the BHBA is an active membership organization with the goal of supporting Heights businesses through advocacy, advertising, and networking opportunities.

    Kassi Strong

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Kassi is an economic development professional and the owner of Strong Marketing & Strategy, a boutique business strategy firm. She was born and raised in the Heights, and her favorite place to spend free time in the Heights is Dover Park.

    Alyssa is the owner of Santosha Yoga & Wellness and has been a Heights resident for 8 years. Her favorite place to take her kids is Hawthorne Park.

    Raylynne Wright is the owner of Wright Family Insurance Agency, an Allstate agency. With a strong focus on education, protection, and long-term client relationships, Raylynne and her team specialize in helping families and businesses navigate home, auto, life, and specialty insurance with clarity and confidence.

    Raylynne and her family spend countless hours paddleboarding at Lake Elmo, visiting the local dog parks, and supporting favorite small businesses throughout the Heights.

    BOARD MEMBER - TREASURER

    Blake is a commercial lender for Stockman Bank in the Heights. In his free time, he likes to be with my family and spend time outdoors. One of my favorite things to do in the Heights is go to Dover Park or many of the other Yellowstone River accesses.
